Giulia Cregut's profile

(Non) imparerò (mai) a volare

Everyone experiences feeling lost at times. Sometimes, the obstacles in front of us may seem like insurmountable mountains, and we see no way out.
This is exactly how the protagonist of this story feels, a robin who has no intention of leaving its nest. It is convinced it will never learn to fly, so it might as well give up. It believes its wings are not strong enough, and that its friends will laugh at it when it falls. However, its flight instructor reveals two secrets: one cannot learn anything if afraid of making mistakes, and, most importantly, sometimes changing perspective is all it takes to turn a failure into a beautiful adventure. It's a story to be read in two directions because sometimes all it takes is looking at things from another point of view. Recommended reading age: 4 years and up.
